Hello, my name is Victoria Caballero. I am a junior at Texas State University with a major in Advertising and a minor in Fashion Merchandising! My blog is exclusive to being about fashion and social media. The reason I chose this topic because I am surrounded by fashion in my own life through my friends and social media like Pinterest, and especially Instagram (because I follow so many influencers) and genuinely like to demonstrate my style through social media. I hope that I can explore new styles and eventually come up with a stable aesthetic for myself and maybe you could discover your own aesthetic from my posts too!
In the future, I will be writing about different styles, ways to help improve your closet, style inspirations, and for the social media portion, I want to explain easy ways to improve your social media, like editing, styling, and trends just for Instagram specifically.
I have experience with marketing in social media since I am the Instagram chair for my sorority. I would explain my style as being girly, yet a little bit artsy, for example, I would wear a tight crop top and then pair it with baggy cargo pants but have hair accessories so I implement the girly portion of my artsy outfit myself.
I would like to say my audience is my demographic: 16-25-year-old females just because of my style and my values may not match up to any other audience. Other subjects I would also like to feature safe beauty brands/ skincare brands, and posing/photography, in which these go into social media and fashion as we know it.
Although I do like makeup, I feel like my creativity relies more on my fashion nowadays than makeup. I’m super excited to explore new realms of creating content for fashion and social media/ Instagram and hopefully show my audience some tips or even inspiration for your own creativity with style and social media content.
